This is a high-touch, small-group coaching experience intentionally designed to support sustainable weight loss through deep, practical integration.

  • Twelve weekly teachings, gently grounded in the Regulated framework

  • Twelve weekly 60-minute live group coaching calls for guidance and connection

  • One 60-minute intake call to listen, orient, and begin with clarity

  • One 60-minute completion call to reflect, integrate, and close with intention

  • Ongoing Voxer Cadence support, including weekly Voxer Day access for three months

  • A companion curriculum workbook to support reflection and embodied practice

  • Twelve private, scripture-based audio meditations to anchor safety and faith

  • A small beta cohort of ten women, so care can remain personal and attentive
